How the time is spent.

The shape of the course, as it actually runs.

  1. Dynamic practices

    • Ashtanga — structured, dynamic, a set sequence. Builds strength, stamina and focus.
    • Vinyasa Flow — energising, movement synchronised with breath. Designed for advanced practitioners but open to everyone.
    • Fluid Flow — mellow, focused on fluidity of breath and freedom of the spine. Great for new yogis and freedivers.
  2. Grounding practices

    • Hatha — balanced. Take your time to breathe into each pose. Great for new yogis.
    • Yin Yoga — relaxing. Static postures held for minutes so the stretch reaches deep connective tissue.
    • Meditation — centering. Pranayama and mental focus together, to induce a meditative state.
