Arriving between 12-3pm for check in

5pm- Welcoming Ceremony, Yoga, Breath Work

7pm- Welcome Dinner

March 2TH

7-8:00 – Yoga Practice

8-9:00 – Delicious Veg Breakfast 

9-11am – Intro to Freediving Classroom

11:30-13:30 – 1st WATER SESSION

14:00 –  Delicious Veg Lunch

17:00-18:30 Yoga Practice 

19:00 Delicious Veg Dinner

March 3TH

7-8:00 – Vinyasa for freedivers

8:30-930 am – Delicious Veg Breakfast

10-12:00 – Snorkelling Trip to Japanese Shipwreck, photos and ocean exploration

13:00- Delicious Veg Lunch

15:00-17:00 – Freediving Classroom #2

17:30-19:00 – Yin Yoga, pranayama and meditation

19:30 – Delicious Veg Dinner

March 4TH

7-8:00- Freediving Warm up & Lung Stretching 

8-9:00 – Smoothie (or small breakfast on request)

9-11:30 – Freediving WATER SESSION #2 (21 meters)

12:00- Delicious Veg Lunch

14:30-15:30 Static Apnea Theory

17:30-19:00 – Vinyasa Flow and Meditation

19:30 – Delicious Veg Dinner

March 5TH

7-8:00- Yoga Nidra & Meditation

8:30-10:00 – Static Apnea in the Pool

10:15-  Delicious Veg Breakfast

11-13:30 – Check Out
