Different goals, different trainings
Some students want a meaningful immersion that deepens their understanding of yoga. Others want a strong educational foundation without committing to a full teacher training. And some are already certified teachers seeking advanced study and professional development. Each program is built for one of those intentions.
More than a training
Yoga education here is about more than technique or certificates. These programs are designed to create real change through daily practice, self-inquiry, community connection and immersive learning — practising by the ocean, alongside people from all over the world, and learning what it means to live yoga off the mat as well as on it.
Your home during the training
The sea-view shala is the heart of it: open-air, sunlit, steps from the sea. Three vegetarian meals a day come from our on-site Prana Café — fresh, local and seasonal. Accommodation is in the on-site shared dormitory, with private rooms nearby if you prefer.
Your next breath.

Tell us your dates and your level, and we'll come back with the honest answer, including if something else here suits you better.
Questions, answered clearly.
The useful details first. Ask the team when your plans need a specific answer.
What is the difference between the 50-hour, 100-hour, 200-hour and 300-hour trainings?
Each is designed for a different stage. The 50-Hour Immersion deepens your personal practice, the 100-Hour Foundation Training offers a structured educational experience, the 200-Hour TTC is our complete teacher certification, and the 300-Hour TTC is continuing education for certified teachers.
Can I join the 50-Hour Yoga Immersion as a beginner?
Yes. It is open to practitioners of all levels who are curious to explore yoga beyond regular classes and enjoy an immersive learning experience.
Is the 100-Hour Foundation Training a certification?
You receive a 100-Hour Training Certificate on completion. It provides a strong educational foundation, but it is not a complete yoga teacher certification like the 200-Hour TTC.
Do I need a 200-hour certification to join the 300-Hour TTC?
Yes. The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is intended for certified yoga teachers who have already completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Are there fixed dates for these programs?
Unlike our scheduled 200-Hour TTC, these programs are generally offered on request and subject to availability. Contact us to find dates that fit you.
Is accommodation included?
Yes. Accommodation in our wellness dorms is included in all of our yoga training programs. If you would prefer a private room we are happy to recommend nearby resorts.
