Yoga for Freedivers

We offer a variety of yoga classes including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Acro Yoga and Inversions. We specialize in Yoga for Freedivers, meaning that all of our sessions will incorporate pranayamas and asana that are beneficial for freedivers but also for anyone who would like to increase their vital lung capacity, become more aware of their breathing, focus their mind and feel strong and flexible in their body! Classes are multi-levelled and open to everyone!
